Our recruitment process begins with the submission of comprehensive application documents. From the CV to the extract from the criminal record, each document gives us valuable insights into the applicant's qualifications and skills. Before we take any further steps, we thoroughly review each individual document to ensure that it meets our requirements.

Reference check

An essential step in our hiring process is to thoroughly check applicants' references to gain insight into their work ethic and skills. We request at least two professional references. This enables us to ensure that the applicant has the skills and knowledge required for the position. Carefully checking each reference gives us the confidence to select only qualified candidates.

Conversation & training

After a series of careful assessments, the recruitment process reaches its final stage: a personal interview. Our team uses this one-to-one interview to understand the applicant's personality and motivation and to determine whether or not they are suitable for our company. After successful qualification, we offer each employee a five-day intensive training programme that equips them with all the technical and social skills they need for their assigned role.
